My aim is to nurture and encourage creative confidence in every student.
I believe everyone can be creative, they just want to have the enthusiasm and willingness to put in the effort.
I come armed with my BAD (Bachelor of Design Degree) , my experience in running art classes in my art school for over a decade, twenty years of managing, designing and directing in Graphic Design studios, and conducting countless art events and art parties.
For Art Education I have been the Arts Presenter for EDTV Australia presenting live art classes streaming to schools throughout Australia. Presently I am also a ‘toonpreneur’ delivering art workshops to schools and community centres with ToonWorldTV.

A practicing Artist and Graphic Designer my experience will help cover the new art curriculums of ‘Art & Design’ now implemented throughout the school systems.
I teach adults and children of all ages and after our first consultation I will customise a program that will encourage and develop your skills and love of art and design at any level.
I structure my lessons with a ‘practical art’ focus, but I can also help with art theory and special projects. I am also happy to assist on programming and planning for artwork projects and appraisals as well.
Popular for students wishing to improve their artistic skill set and expand their own creative path. Great for school students. I specialise in teaching 5 to 16 year old’s.
I can offer special tuition and can also help students with their HSC work or if they need to build a portfolio for scholarship and university applications.
I come to you if you are in the central Sydney area. I am happy to structure classes per week, every 2 weeks, monthly or for a specific period.

“It’s all about the knowledge… Even if you just wanted to find out who you are as an artist or you just wanted to do it because you need to chat with somebody and need to get advice on the spot, I’d highly recommend the program.”

“Everyone needs a professional peer who can help them see what they can’t and Kristine excels at this. She is a highly qualified art educator in all aspects of what it means to be a professional artist, so if you are looking to enhance your art practice, look no further. Kristine’s ability to drill down into what you need at the moment in your art practice, is second to none.”

a testament to Kristine’s exceptionally dedicated and inspirational artistic mentorship.
My daughter is a committed student though as a growing child, naturally has proven a challenge at times. Kristine has devotedly navigated Abira’s creative (and emotional) development from a toddler to a teenager with ease and sensitivity, encouraging Abira at each development milestone to continue to expand her creative skills, build confidence in her ability to use art tools and mediums, while fundamentally nurturing and enrichening Abira’s evolving artistic process.
Kristine inspires, motivates and engages her students with a vibrant enthusiasm, expertly teaching artistic technique while fostering a rich environment that allows for the child to be experimental in their artistic development, experiencing the creative process with confidence and enjoyment. I highly recommend Kristine as a trusted and committed art teacher for a child of any age and at any level of artistic ability (Kristine has taught my daughter consistently from the age of 5 to now 15 years old, and with many years to follow!).
Kristine’s artistic energy and talent combined with her extensive history of teaching experience and enthusiasm for fostering a child’s confidence and joy in learning about art, is invaluable for any parent who wishes to uncover and develop their child’s true creative potential.

Through her tuition she has helped my son, Will, understand himself as an artist. She helps him see what it is he actually wants from his art, and where he may take his art in the future.

Kristine always includes in her lessons information on different artists their styles and history. Kristine also helped my older son Jerome with his major work for the HSC.
Kristine is a very vibrant caring person who always makes the classes fun and interesting and has encouraged Matthew to push himself beyond his comfort zone.
She caters her classes to the individual and takes a great interest in her students and always encourages them.
She always creates a very positive class environment where her pupils feel extremely comfortable and is a great mentor to her students. If you have Kristine as a teacher you are very fortunate.
